About us:

U&SAFETY is an Irish owned family business with personal service, local focus and midland based, supporting regional businesses in Cavan, Leitrim, Longford, Monaghan Dublin and Donegal.

Founded in 2024 by Shirley Conneely a CPD certified approved training provider with a B.Sc. in EHSM, NISO, QQI, and an affiliate IOSH member. A trusted reliable and approachable health and safety professional for more than a decade now, she has taken great pride in aspiring to deliver a harmonious blend of health and safety training to construction, manufacturing, engineering, SME's, warehousing, self-employed trades and local community associations.

We understand that different types of organisations require job specific training that suits the job/task and risk assessment in hand., we are sensitive to these needs, and we tailor our courses to suit the individual/groups needs.

Courses are delivered by power point presentations with a huge emphasis on practical aspects where applicable. 

What we Require:

All we require from our clients is adequate space for us to deliver our courses with projector/monitor or screen access and seating to suit the specified number of trainees, this can be at your workplace or a community enterprise hub or center in your area.


Companies or individuals who require small numbers of participants to be trained can attend our public courses which we run regularly.

On-line or blended training courses can also be arranged.
